Job Responsibilities
1. Develop inspection standards and work instructions, assist in handling customer complaints and quality abnormalities, and participate in root-cause analysis and follow-up on corrective actions for defects.
2. Conduct inspections in accordance with the prescribed sampling plan, accurately record inspection data, and ensure that the records are complete, clear, and traceable.
3. Nonconforming products shall be labeled, segregated, and stored; quality abnormalities shall be reported promptly; and the use of nonconforming materials in production and the release of nonconforming finished products into the market are strictly prohibited.
4. Conduct routine inspections throughout the production process; immediately halt production and follow up on any abnormalities detected.
5. Compile daily/weekly inspection reports, analyze defect rates and defect types, and assist in conducting quality analysis.
6. Use inspection and measurement tools correctly, perform routine maintenance and upkeep, and cooperate with instrument calibration.
7. Assist in handling issues such as incoming material defects, production abnormalities, and customer complaint rework, and follow up on the implementation of improvement measures.
8. Comply with the company’s quality management system and occupational safety and health management regulations.
Job Qualifications:
1. Education: High school diploma or above; candidates with a major in mechanical engineering, electronics, chemical engineering, textile engineering, or related fields are preferred.
2. Experience: Prior experience in factory QC is preferred; training will be provided for candidates without experience.
3. Skills: Able to interpret basic technical drawings, proficient in using standard measuring instruments, and skilled in basic office computer software.
4. Qualities: meticulous and rigorous in work, strong sense of responsibility and principled, with excellent communication skills and execution capabilities.
5. Other: Willing to comply with work assignments, able to work overtime, and adhere to company rules and regulations.
Salary: 4,000–6,000
